What Are Garden Suite Grants?
Ontario homeowners can receive financial assistance from government programs to help build garden suites (also known as ADUs).
These incentives may include cash grants, forgivable loans, tax credits, and fee rebates — significantly lowering total project costs.
Federal & Provincial Support
- Multigenerational Home Renovation Tax Credit — $7,500
- Canada Greener Homes Grant — Up to $5,000
